Payment & cancellation
- $150 flat for the full day. Nothing is due when you request a date.
- Once we confirm your date, we send a PayPal invoice you can pay online with any major card — or pay by check or cash at the depot. You’ll receive a receipt either way.
- Cancellations: let us know by the day before your event and there’s no charge. Weather reschedules are always free — we’d rather move your date than tie up your money.
Before you book
Good to Know
- Outside catering is welcome — please finish cleanup by the end of your rental.
- Decorations are fine; just nothing attached to exhibits or historic surfaces.
- Tidy as you go — wipe spills right away and take care around glass display cases. Brooms are in the closet, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Renters are responsible for any damage to the building or exhibits during their event.
- Ask us about rain plans for deck events.
When your booking is confirmed, we’ll send a short renter’s guide with emergency contacts, who to call if anything comes up, and everything above in writing.
